Technological innovation and new prospects for legal analysis and the legal profession

Technological innovation, that resulted in cultural and social development, has led legal practitioners to deal with several issues that fall outside the traditional categories.
This change seriously impact on the dogmatic construction of laws and on the legal profession itself (concerning all his matters). In this context, AGAT (Turin Association Young Lawyers) wishes to promote a call for papers, whose theme is “Technological innovation and new prospects for legal analysis and the legal profession”.
